Nutrition built around your body and your reports

Every Nutrimenters programme starts from the same place — a full clinical assessment — and then goes in whichever direction your goal and your health require. Below is what each one covers, who it suits, and what you receive.

Programme 01

Weight Management

Fat loss, healthy weight gain, or holding a weight you have already reached — approached through body composition rather than the scale alone.

Weight is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Two people at the same weight can have entirely different metabolic pictures, and the plan has to reflect that. We begin by understanding why the weight is where it is: thyroid function, insulin resistance, medication side effects, sleep debt, chronic stress, poor meal timing, under-eating protein, or simply a routine that makes regular eating impossible.

From there the plan sets a realistic rate — typically 2–4 kg a month for fat loss, slower and steadier as you approach your target — and protects muscle mass throughout, because losing muscle is what causes weight to return the moment the diet ends.

  • Body composition tracking: fat mass, muscle mass, visceral fat, inches
  • Protein-adequate plans that prevent the usual rebound
  • Strategies for travel, weddings, festivals and eating out
  • A written maintenance protocol for after you reach your goal

Best suited to

  • Stubborn weight after 35
  • Post-pregnancy weight
  • Desk-bound professionals
  • Weight regain after crash diets
  • Underweight / weight gain
  • Muscle gain & sports nutrition
  • Pre-wedding transformations

What you receive

  • Written plan with portions and timings
  • Fortnightly plan revisions
  • Weekly WhatsApp check-in
  • Grocery list and recipe suggestions
Programme 02

PCOS & PCOD Care

Nutrition aimed at the mechanism behind the symptoms — insulin resistance and inflammation — rather than at the weight alone.

PCOS and PCOD are among the most common reasons women come to Nutrimenters, and among the most poorly served by generic diet advice. Being told simply to "lose weight" ignores the fact that the same hormonal environment making weight loss difficult is also driving the irregular cycles, the acne, the hair fall and the fatigue.

The plan works on carbohydrate quality and distribution, adequate protein, anti-inflammatory fats, targeted micronutrients such as inositol-rich foods, vitamin D, magnesium and B12 where reports indicate a deficiency, and crucially on meal timing and sleep. Where you are under a gynaecologist's care, the plan is written to sit alongside your treatment, not compete with it.

  • Cycle tracking alongside diet, so we can see what is actually shifting
  • Insulin-sensitivity focused meal structure
  • Support for acne, hair fall, mood and energy complaints
  • Pre-conception nutrition for those trying to conceive

Commonly addressed

  • Irregular or absent periods
  • Insulin resistance
  • Weight that will not move
  • Acne & pigmentation
  • Hair fall & hirsutism
  • Fatigue & mood swings
  • Fertility support

Reports we usually review

  • Fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, HbA1c
  • Thyroid profile, vitamin D, B12
  • Lipid profile and liver function
  • Ultrasound findings, where available
Programme 03

Diabetes & Thyroid Management

Bringing sugar and thyroid markers into range through food, in coordination with the doctor treating you.

For pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes, the plan concentrates on carbohydrate quality and spacing, fibre, protein at every meal, and the sequencing of food within a meal — small changes that make a measurable difference to post-meal glucose. If you monitor at home or wear a CGM, those readings feed directly into the fortnightly revisions.

For hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's, the emphasis is on iodine and selenium adequacy, iron and B12 status, timing food around thyroid medication, managing the goitrogen question sensibly rather than fearfully, and addressing the gut and energy complaints that so often accompany the diagnosis.

  • Meal plans timed around your medication schedule
  • HbA1c, fasting and post-prandial tracking across the programme
  • Guidance on hypoglycaemia, sick days and fasting periods
  • Written notes you can share with your physician

Conditions covered

  • Pre-diabetes
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Gestational diabetes
  • Insulin resistance
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis
  • Subclinical hypothyroidism
Please note Nutrition supports medical treatment; it does not replace it. Any change to your medication is a decision for your treating doctor, never for us.
Programme 04

Cholesterol, Blood Pressure & Heart Health

Lipid profiles, hypertension and overall cardiovascular risk, managed through the parts of the diet that actually move those numbers.

Most people arrive believing that cholesterol is about eggs and blood pressure is about the salt shaker. The picture is broader: the type of cooking fat used at home, the quantity of refined carbohydrate, soluble fibre intake, hidden sodium in packaged and restaurant food, alcohol, sleep, abdominal fat and activity all pull on these markers.

The plan works through them systematically, keeping the food recognisably Indian and home-cooked. For clients recovering from a cardiac event or managing fatty liver alongside, the plan is written more conservatively and reviewed more often.

  • Cooking-oil audit and practical fat-quality changes for the whole kitchen
  • Sodium and potassium balancing for blood pressure
  • Soluble fibre strategy for LDL and triglycerides
  • Fatty liver (NAFLD) and metabolic syndrome support

Markers we work on

  • Total cholesterol
  • LDL & HDL
  • Triglycerides
  • Systolic / diastolic BP
  • Uric acid
  • Fatty liver grade
  • Waist circumference

Also suited to

  • Family history of heart disease
  • Post-angioplasty or post-bypass diet
  • Metabolic syndrome
  • Gout and high uric acid
Programme 05

Customised Diet Plans

The plan itself — written, specific and built for one household. This is what sits underneath every programme above.

A Nutrimenters plan is not a chart of foods with calorie counts beside them. It sets out what to eat and when, in the portions that suit your body, using ingredients your kitchen already stocks. Every meal comes with at least two alternatives, so a plan does not collapse because the market was out of one vegetable.

Dietary preference is respected without negotiation: vegetarian, vegan, Jain, eggetarian and non-vegetarian plans are all built to the same nutritional standard. Regional cooking — Himachali, Punjabi, Bengali, South Indian, Gujarati — is worked with rather than replaced.

  • Meal-by-meal plan with portions, timings and swap options
  • Grocery list and simple recipes for anything unfamiliar
  • Restaurant, travel and festival guidance
  • Office and tiffin-friendly versions of each meal
  • Revised every 10–15 days as your body responds

Preferences accommodated

  • Vegetarian
  • Vegan
  • Jain
  • Eggetarian
  • Non-vegetarian
  • Gluten-free
  • Lactose-free
  • Navratri & fasting days
  • Shift workers
  • Frequent travellers

Delivered as

  • A PDF you can print or keep on your phone
  • Shared over email and WhatsApp
  • Updated file at every revision
Programme 06

Family, Kids & Pregnancy Nutrition

One kitchen, several very different needs — planned so that nobody has to cook three separate meals.

Households rarely have a single nutritional goal. A teenager growing fast, a parent managing blood sugar, a grandparent losing appetite and muscle, and someone trying to lose ten kilos all eat from the same stove. Family plans are designed around a shared base of dishes with individual portion and addition rules, which is far more sustainable than parallel cooking.

For pregnancy, plans cover each trimester's changing requirements, nausea and reflux management, iron, calcium, folate and protein adequacy, gestational diabetes where relevant, and post-partum recovery and lactation support. For children, the focus is on growth, immunity, iron and calcium status, and gently expanding what a fussy eater will accept.

  • Trimester-wise pregnancy plans and post-partum recovery
  • Lactation support and infant weaning guidance
  • Growth, immunity and fussy-eating plans for children
  • Teen nutrition, including sports and exam periods
  • Senior nutrition: muscle preservation, appetite, bone health

Who this is for

  • Expecting mothers
  • New mothers
  • Toddlers & school children
  • Teenagers
  • Senior citizens
  • Whole-family plans

Typical outcomes

  • Healthy, steady weight gain in pregnancy
  • Improved haemoglobin and vitamin D status
  • Better appetite and growth in children
  • Less friction at the dining table
