Frequently asked questions
It runs 45 to 60 minutes. Shilpa goes through your medical history, current medications, recent blood reports, digestion, sleep, stress, activity levels and a detailed recall of what you eat in a normal week. Nothing is prescribed in that session — the written plan follows within 48 hours, once the information has been properly worked through.
No. Removing staple foods is the fastest way to make a plan fail. What changes is the quantity, the timing, the pairing and the cooking method — not the identity of your meals. Most clients are surprised by how much of their normal diet survives.
We do not sell any product at all. Nutrimenters earns only from consultation fees, which means there is never a commercial reason to recommend something you do not need. Where a supplement is genuinely indicated by your reports, it is named and you buy it wherever you prefer.
Energy, digestion and sleep usually shift within two to three weeks. Visible weight and inch changes typically begin between weeks three and six. Lab markers such as HbA1c, lipid profile and thyroid values are reassessed at the 10–12 week mark, since that is when the numbers become meaningful.
Yes, and you should. Nutrition works alongside medical treatment, never instead of it. Bring your prescriptions and recent reports; the plan is built around them and we will flag anything your doctor should review. Any change to medication is your physician's decision.
For nutrition, yes. The assessment, the plan and the follow-up are identical. The only difference is that you take your own measurements at home, and we walk you through exactly how. Most of our long-term clients have never visited in person.
Every 10 to 15 days on the Transform and Sustain programmes, and twice over the month on Starter. Revisions are based on your check-in data — weight, inches, energy, digestion, cycle regularity and any new reports — rather than on a fixed schedule of changes.
Fees depend on the programme length — see the Programmes & Fees section. Payment is by UPI, bank transfer or card, and international clients can pay by card or international transfer. Fees are payable after your free discovery call, once you decide to go ahead.
Yes — family plans are one of the most requested formats. Everyone is assessed individually, but the plan is designed around a shared base of dishes with individual portion and addition rules, so the kitchen cooks once. Family plans are quoted separately; ask when you enquire.
Consultations are available in English, Hindi and Pahari. Written plans can be provided in English or Hindi on request.
